The hotel was so perfect and more than what we expected. Everything was nice but the most important part was the staff. The staff was so helpful and welcoming that they gone out of the way to help us in arranging our requirements since we are travelling with our 3 year old daughter. One of their staff members 'Dilbar' was amazing. She was so good when it comes to customer service. She helped us a lot in arranging our balloon ride, upgrading our room and other transfers. We highly recommend this place to others.

It's a very good hotel on the top of Goreme with a great view. Cave room is a unique experience. Breakfast is delicious. Host Muhammed was very helpful in getting us daily excursions and good rates for hot air balloons. Just remember that it is on top of the hill, so if you are coming by intercity bus and have to get to hotel with heavy luggage, then book a cab.
