The underground parking garage was well lit and there was ample parking that was included in the price. I did not feel unsafe at all in the parking garage. Checking in and parking was convenient and hassle free and it was easy getting to and from rooms to the car. Rooms and motel in general were clean including the parking garage. Staff was friendly. Rooms were quiet and we did not hear much street noise even though our room bordered Lombard Street.
